My Life in LA reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30
days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days,
credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Defacing any product
in any way, such as REMOVING THE SERIAL NUMBER will not be accepted by My Life in LA,
and will invalidate any authorization previously given. Original
shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges back to My Life in LA on returned
items, and My Life in LA will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Return policy
My Life in LA offers a 30-day return policy to all of our customers on
most of the items we carry. Some manufacturer restrictions do apply and
are outlined in our detailed return policy below. For further
information not listed, please contact your My Life in LA account
manager. Please call or e-mail our Returns Department, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted
without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following
information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name,
invoice number, and nature of the problem. All products MUST BE returned
100 percent complete, including all original boxes and packing
materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided
by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on
returned items, as My Life in LA will match your shipping method on
your replacement or exchange item(s). If your package arrived DAMAGED in
transit, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting
delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the
carrier's delivery record in order for My Life in LA to file a damage
claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived
in. Notify My Life in LA IMMEDIATELY to arrange for a carrier
inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not
notify My Life in LA of damaged goods within the first 15 days of
arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
Call 800.383.4239 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or contact your My Life in LA
account manager to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise. DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPLACEMENT
ONLY to: My Life in LA.
Legal disclaimers
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the
seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title
passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being
purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal
government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign
country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may
vary or even be null and void. Any and all liability is only for the
products purchased.
Internet disclaimer
Internet connectivity requires access services from an Internet service
provider. Contact your local service provider for rates, terms and
conditions.
56K disclaimer
Streaming Files are prepared to accomodate download by Hi-Speed cable or
DSL connections. They can be downloaded at lower speeds, but they
will take a longer time. 56K modems are capable of 56Kbps downloads,
however, current regulations limit download speed to 53Kbps.
Y2K disclaimer
My Life in LA makes no representation or warranty with respect to the
Y2K compliance of product sold.
Check payment policy
My Life in LA will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD
orders. My Life in LA will accept checks for prepay orders, but allow
10 business days for processing.
Freight policy
All orders 5 lbs. or less and totaling less than $200 will be shipped
via ground transportation within the 48 continental states for a total
shipping, handling and insurance charge of $5.49. Shipping and handling
charges on all other orders vary; contact your My Life in LA account
manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping
specials. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's
verified billing address. In some circumstances, international shipping
may be available. Call for details.
Software and DVD movie return policy
Only defective software and DVD movies can be returned to My Life in LA.
The return must take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only
be replaced for the SAME software or DVD movie title. Unopened software
may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice
date.
Rebates
No rebates are available from My Life in LA.
Contract disclaimer
My Life in LA offers many contract vehicles, the terms and policies of
specific contracts may supersede the above listed terms and policies.
Contact your My Life in LA account manager for more details on
contracts you are eligible for.
UPS, FEDEX or USPS shipping policy
All My Life in LA orders will be shipped 2nd or 3rd Day Delivery within
the United States. Foreign Orders require longer shipping delivery.
The costs of shipping are stated on your order form.

Photos are the copyright ownership of My Life in LA. They
represent talent who may or may not currently work with My Life in LA.
Important note
If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those
stated on our invoice, and you do not notify My Life in LA of such
within 15 days, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms
as stated on our invoice.

reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market
conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors
